The Prime Spark has been entrusted by Primus to at least three different Transformers from two different dimensions. It is in some way shared by them all.
Transformers known to have possessed the Prime Spark include Unicron Trilogy cartoon continuity Optimus Prime and Beast Wars continuity Optimus Prime and Optimus Primal.

Prime Spark
The truth about the Prime Spark was discovered when the recently and temporarily deceased Optimus Prime[1], Optimus Prime[2], and two Optimus Primals[2] from two different time frames were drawn to Unicron Trilogy cartoon continuity's Maccadam's Old Oil House to help that continuity's Optimus Prime overcome some of his personal doubts. The four bots sat around a table drinking Maccadam's finest oil by the pitcher and piecing together the situation when they all happened to hold hands forming a circle. They had the peculiar sensation of their Sparks coming together and each recognized that they all shared the same Spark entrusted to them by Primus—the Prime Spark. The feeling soon passed.
