Optimus Prime (Kre-O)
| The name or term "Optimus Prime" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Optimus Prime (disambiguation). |

Optimus Prime doesn't take any guff and doesn't cotton to any of the foolishness some of the other Kreons delight in. By keeping some of the biggest troublemakers occupied with missions, he can devote himself fully to his job—protecting brick-based lifeforms from tyranny. One day he hopes to follow his predecessor into retirement, where he plans to waste the days away in vehicle mode, possibly fondly remembering his younger days.
He defends Kreopolis.

Kre-O cartoon

Optimus Prime and Bumblebee fought in a tag battle against Megatron. He shot Megatron and disintegrated him into a pile of tiny bricks. However, Megatron quickly rebuilt himself and tagged in his partner, Starscream. Last Bot Standing Optimus later took part in some sort of robot dance competition. Bot Stars
After winning a race, Optimus Prime set up a deck chair near the finish line so he could drink through a straw and brandish the winner's trophy at the other competitors as they finished. His first victim was Bumblebee. The Big Race During the holiday season, Optimus and Sideswipe disguised Bumblebee as a present and added him to Megatron's pile of gifts so Bumblebee could surprise Megatron. They did that sort of thing a lot. A Gift For Megatron
Optimus, Bumblebee and Wheeljack were acting as security at the Autobot City Bank when Spinister, Galvatron and Scorponok attempted to rob it. When the Decepticons called in Devastator, the Autobots similarly called for backup, but were victims of Devastator's wrecking ball before anyone else turned up. Quest for Energon, Part 1 When Prime and Bumblebee caught up with Megatron, he was using the stolen energon to make a grilled cheese sandwich. After arranging for a distraction, they commandeered his weapon and used it to explode the sandwich and him as well. Quest for Energon, Part 2

The Autobots' peaceful day in Kreopolis was shattered when the city was bombarded by the Decepticons, and Optimus Prime and his men were shattered into their component blocks. Optimus Prime's Kreon bravely dashed out into the rain of death to catch the falling blocks of his comrades, so that they could be reassembled. Kre-O Transformers Konquest

Kre-O
Go have my self a time.
- Optimus Prime w/ Optimus Prime, Skywarp, Bluestreak, and two stunt driver Kreons (2011, 542 pieces)
- This larger Optimus Prime Kre-O kit is based loosely on the Optimus Prime of the live-action films. He transforms from a robot with a Battle Station into an articulated tractor-trailer. Two Kreon-ridable motorcycles are also included.
- Optimus Prime (2011, 90 pieces)
- The smaller optimus Prime Kre-O kit is loosely based on the original Optimus Prime, transforming into a cabover truck. He comes with no Kreons.
- Matrix Optimus Prime (2011, 10 pieces)
- Intended to be exclusive to BotCon 2011, this redeco of the regular Optimus Prime Kreon has an open chest showing the Matrix of Leadership within. He comes with a G1 inspired gun and a black brick display stand. We say "intended", because in actuality, the thing appears to have been produced in such huge quantities that it's wound up being made available in loads of other places—it was handed out at San Diego Comic-Con 2011, offered as a free giveaway with any order that included Transformers toys on Hasbro Toy Shop), as a free gift on the cover of the Awesome Autobots Activity Book, and came as a free gift attached to, of all things, issue #240 of the UK children's comic, Doctor Who Adventures (but not the UK's Transformers comic, you'll note!). A supposed factory error even caused this version (minus display stand) to be included in the larger Optimus Prime kit (see above). This problem has (presumably) been fixed, but it was awesome while it lasted.

- Battle for Energon (2012, 379 pieces)
- Beast Blade Optimus Prime (2013, 251 pieces)
- In this set, both the buildable Optimus Prime and the included Kreon figure are in the style of Beast Hunters Optimus Prime. In addition to the robot mode having a buildable shield and sword, both it and the vehicle build have two firing missile launchers. Additionally, four hands are included, with two possibilities for each arm. These Optimus Primes come with an unnamed Predacon dragon and an Energon Kicker Kreon.
