Last call to object to giving Elita One's resistance team an entry under this name. They're repeatedly caleld 'The Female Autobots,' it may be an INFORMAL name, but it's the only name we have.

Clearing up the debate...

For the MC Axis kits, Arcee's function is "Autobot Warrior." Elita One's function is "Female Autobot Commander." That, to me suggests, the unit is formally known as the female Autobots-- just like "Wreckers Commander." -Derik 14:55, 23 April 2009 (EDT)

Muddying the waters... the 2013 Transformers Legends iPad game makes it clear that 'female' is a description. "ELITA ONE is a renowned AUTOBOT resistance leader, a female counterpart to OPTIMUS PRIME. Images needed tags

They arrive in altmode together with Firestar, who totally plays Optimus Prime for the purple/orange one, when the ladies come to help Ironhide and co.. Even if it's little, it'd be something. Geewunling 11:34, 23 October 2009 (EDT)
