To answer Rob's question - 1984 the year is disambiguated as 1984 (year), the rule Skids broke is 1984 (rule) or (code) or whatever. -hx 10:57, 30 May 2013 (EDT)
- Actually, that was Section 19, Subsection 80, Paragraph 4 of the Tyrest Accord. The following paragraph's number was rendered in Ultra Magnus' dialogue as 19 (80) 5; and the Legislators' "dialogue" always spells it out as Nineteen Eighty-Four.
