Joshua Lamb is Hasbro's senior design director for Transformers. He has worked at Hasbro since March 1998, on properties such as Toy Story, NASCAR, and Star Wars. He was the design director on Hasbro's Marvel range for about three years before switching to Transformers shortly after Toy Fair 2011.

Notes
- According to Lamb, the reason Hasbro could afford to sell Cyberverse Optimus Maximus at a $30 price-point is because it contained roughly the same amount of plastic as the Dark of the Moon Ark. He concept-proofed this idea by physically unscrewing an Ark toy and hot-gluing the pieces into the rough shape of a robot. Awesome!
- Lamb was heavily involved in designing the mechanics behind the Construct-Bots line.
- Despite the photo, we are pretty sure he never worked on Baby Alive.
