TV-Loonland is a German brand management company. In 2000, Loonland acquired Sunbow Productions from Sony Wonder and subsequently became the master license holder of several Hasbro television series, including The Transformers and G.I. Joe , as well as the Japanese Transformers spin-off series The Headmasters, Super-God Masterforce and Victory. Soon afterwards, Loonland purchased UK DVD distributor Metrodome.

After coming into severe financial trouble, TV-Loonland sold back the worldwide distribution rights of several television series based on Hasbro's properties to Hasbro for a total $7 million USD, presumably in a desperate attempt to garner quick money. The deal was reported on May 14, 2008.[1] In November of 2009, TV-Loonland filed for bankruptcy. Subsequently, their stock plummeted to an all-time low it still hasn't recovered from as of early 2014.
