Talk:Barricade (G1)
From MediaWiki
His alternate mode might well be modelled after one of the early series McLaren MP4s, maybe an MP4/1B - the legs seem to be intended to represent the massive rear wings the cars were running with in 1984.
IDW Micromasters
Barricade is yet another Gorlam Prime Micromaster reimagined as a Cybertronian. How do we want to incorporate both versions? Mimi (talk) 12:38, 26 June 2014 (EDT)
- I'd be tempted to suggest putting the WFC-design Barricade at a new article. He isn't really a version of Micromaster Barricade in anything but name... Jalaguy (talk) 13:29, 26 June 2014 (EDT)
- Haven't read Punishment but yeah, if the Barricade there is not based on the Micromaster toy, then we've basically just got this argument again. "All the good names are taken", as Roberts says.
- Might have to be one of those weird Kre-O disambiguations like Starscream (Armada Kre-O), though, since he's shouldn't be on either the Barricade (WFC) or Barricade (G1) pages. Barricade (IDW WFC)? Or maybe just Barricade (Punishment)? --Xaaron (talk) 13:55, 26 June 2014 (EDT)
