Osamu Saka (阪 脩 Saka Osamu born November 7, 1930) is a Japanese voice actor. He often plays the part of elderly characters, such as Grandpa Gohan, Goku's adapted grandpa in Dragon Ball and Daisuke Aramaki in Ghost in the Shell.

In the world of dubbing, he has played General Hawk in G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero and G.I. Joe: The Movie, George Darling in Disney's Peter Pan, Preston Whitmore in Disney's Atlantis: The Lost Empire and its sequel, Dr. Silverman in the TV dubs of The Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day, and was the official dub voice for John Cleese and Anthony Hopkins for many years.
