Akio Ōtsuka (大塚 明夫 Ohtsuka Akio) is a Japanese voice actor born November 24, 1959 in Tokyo. His gruff, manly voice has been utilized for a great number of characters, including Solid Snake in the Metal Gear Solid series, Batou in Ghost in the Shell, Anavel Gato in Mobile Suit Gundam 0083 and the titular surgeon of Black Jack.

He is much more active in the world of dubbing, having played Launchpad McQuack in DuckTales & Darkwing Duck, Two-Face in Batman: The Animated Series, Bobby in Animaniacs, Colossus in TV Tokyo's dub of X-Men, The Mandarin in Iron Man, the Skeleton King in Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!, the eponymous anti-hero of of Todd McFarlane's Spawn and Iron Will in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic

He is the son of voice actor Chikao Ōtsuka and was for a time married to voice actress Yōko Sōmi.
