Classics continues from the Marvel US series, and does not include the UK stories or any subsequently published stories.

Along with the rest of the Heavy Hauler Team, Flatbed accompanied Modus Prime, Broadside, and the Urban Renewal Team to Altihex's abandoned energon refinery. There, they were attacked by what appeared to be a deranged Autobot—in actuality, however, it was a cobbled-together killing machine remotely controlled by Broadside. In the ensuing chaos, Flatbed was killed. The New World
