Masako Katsuki (勝生 真沙子 Katsuki Masako, born October 15, 1959) is a veteran Japanese voice actress. She is employed by the talent agency 81 Produce, and in the world of animation, she is known for playing Sailor Neptune in Sailor Moon, Reccoa Londe in Zeta Gundam, Tsunade in Naruto, and many other roles.

Katsuki has also done plenty of live-action dubbing, including Grace Adler in Will & Grace and Samantha Jones in Sex and the City. As well Cartoon roles such as Sylvia in Wonder Over Yonder and Castilo in TV Tokyo's dub of X-Men.
