Masako Katsuki (勝生 真沙子 Katsuki Masako, born October 15, 1959) is a veteran Japanese voice actress. She is employed by the talent agency 81 Produce, and in the world of Japanese animation, she is known for playing Michiru Kaioh/Sailor Neptune on Sailor Moon, Reccoa Londe in Zeta Gundam, Tsunade on Naruto, Nijiko Araiwa in Cooking Papa, Yamato (Cassidy) on Pokemon, Scarlet in Final Fantasy VII, Charlotte Smoothie on One Piece, Towa in the Dragon Ball franchise, Hildegard von Mariendorf on Legend of the Galactic Heroes, Granny Miya on Sakamoto Days and many other roles.

In the world of dubbing Katsuki is the main dub voice of many of Hollywood's leading ladies including Julia Roberts, Sharon Stone, Helen Hunt, Jodie Foster, Juliane Moore, Sean Young and Tilda Swinton. Other notable dubbing roles include Grace Adler on Will & Grace, Samantha Jones on Sex and the City, Sharona Fleming on Monk, Mia Wallace in Pulp Fiction, Jennifer Parker in the original dub of the Back to the Future trilogy, Beru Lars in the Star Wars franchise, Sylvia on Wonder Over Yonder, Callisto in the TV Tokyo dub of X-Men and Chloe Frazer in the Uncharted franchise.
