Sure, Till is a word :D Among british-derived nations, its also another word for 'cash register.' --FFN 20:28, 22 December 2006 (UTC)

Till with an apostrophe at the beginning, however, is NOT a word. Which is, uh, what I corrected. --ItsWalky 20:52, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
Uh, its a joke. --FFN 04:28, 23 December 2006 (UTC)

Till vs. 'Til

Does the script for TFTM actually use apostrophe-tee-eye-el? Because, honestly, it makes me twitch. Tee-eye-el-el "till" has been around for 700 years, and apostrophe-tee-eye-el has been around for seventy . . . JW 12:35, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

We've got a fair number of comics that render it the way the article title has it, not to mention it makes more grammatical sense (as it's a contraction of "Until").--RosicrucianTalk 12:55, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
Please read this article.
"Till", "until", and "'til" all mean exactly the same thing, "up to", and all three can be used interchangeably. "Till" came first, shortly followed by "until", both around 750 years ago. "'Til" with an apostrophe first appeared around 1940, and while it's now acceptable, was originally a mistake.
While I agree that the with-apostrophe spelling appears in TF comics, I would still like to know what appears in the TFTM script, since the first official spelling should probably be the title of this article. JW 13:19, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
Your faith in the TF:TM script will be your undoing... -NotHere
