Alexandre Gillet
Alexandre Gillet (b. October 17, 1967) is a French actor specialized in dubbing.
He is the regular French voice of Elijah Wood, Ryan Gosling, Adam Scott, Aaron Paul and Chris Evans.
In animation, he is the voice of Prince Acylius in Insektors, Tetsuo in Akira, Pinocchio in the Shrek universe and Jimmy Olsen in various DC projects (a role he kept after voicing the character played by Michael Landes in Lois & Clark).
Alexandre is the regular French voice of Sonic the Hedgehog in all his animated and game appearances since 2003, Spyro the Dragon since 2006, but his video game roles also include Helios in the God of War games, Ezreal in League of Legends, the Carmine brothers in the Gears of War games and Gustave in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.

Notes
[edit]- Since Gillet did not come back for Transformers: Cybertron, the role of Starscream was taken over by Michel Dodane.
- His name is misspelled "Alexandre Gilet" in the French ending credits of Transformers: Armada.
- He may dub Tidal Wave in Armada too, but since the dubs of these episodes are currently lost, this remains to be confirmed.
- When removing the huge pitch effect on his voice, we realize that he gives Armada Smokescreen the exact same voice he gives to Sonic in Sonic X.
