Charles Thomas Schlatter (born May 1, 1966) is an American actor. He began his acting career as an on-camera actor, with lead roles in Heartbreak Hotel and 18 Again!; he also played Dr. Jesse Travis on Diagnosis Murder for seven seasons. His voice roles include Doctor Mindbender, Wild Bill, and Lift-Ticket on G.I. Joe: Renegades, the Flash in various DC media, Kevin Levin on Ben 10, Wonder-Red in The Wonderful 101, the titular character of Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil, and Honey Nut Cheerios mascot Buzz Bee.
