Crosshairs is a Decepticon-allied Mini-Con from the Armada portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family (via the 2008 Universe line).
Look out! He transforms into one of the black UN helicopters!

Crosshairs is a member of the Ground Surveillance Team.

Universe Crosshairs is a redeco of Classics Divebomb, transforming into an AH-64D Longbow Apache assault helicopter. As a Mini-Con, he has a "Powerlinx" socket that allows him to attach to larger toys with compatible Powerlinx plugs.
He was only available as part of a Mini-Con ten-pack, along with Windrazor, Ransack, Stockade, Overcharge, Sky Shadow, Scavenger, Longview, Snow Cat, and Treadshot. This set was only available at certain retailers, notably Kmart and Meijer in the U.S., Canadian Tire in Canada, and Tesco in the UK. He was also avaiable in Spain's El Corte Inglês department stores.
This mold was also used to make Torque Gain, Universe Cloudraker, and Henkei! Destron Vorter.
