Longview is a Decepticon-allied Mini-Con from the Armada portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family (via the 2008 Universe line).
He flies around the tower you have to climb.

Longview is a member of the Ground Surveillance Team.

Universe Longview is a redeco of Classics Dreadwing, transforming into a robotic bird of prey; the coloration suggests an American bald eagle. As a Mini-Con, he has a "Powerlinx" socket that allows him to attach to larger toys with compatible Powerlinx plugs.
His forearms/bird-mode legs are particularly prone to popping out of their sockets.
He was only available as part of a Mini-Con ten-pack, along with Windrazor, Ransack, Stockade, Overcharge, Sky Shadow, Scavenger, Snow Cat, Treadshot, and Crosshairs. This set was only available at certain retailers, notably Kmart and Meijer in the US, Canadian Tire in Canada, and Tesco in the UK. He was also avaiable in Spain's El Corte Inglês department stores.
This mold was used to make Wedge Shape and Shattered Glass Divebomb.
