In an alternate timeline where the Functionist Council had become the sole rulers of Cybertron, Eleven-of-Twelve attended a meeting of the Council at the Cog where Ten-of-Twelve discussed the success of turning the Primal Vanguard into total surveillance agents and Six-of-Twelve reported on the forthcoming mass recall of the data slug Transformers. When it was discovered that Rung possessed the ability to produce photonic crystals, the Council had a meeting where Six-of-Twelve decided realized that Rung was Primus endorsing cold construction. The Council opted to use Rung to produce a new Cybertronian army to conquer the galaxy and travelled to Vector Sigma to acquire the sparks they needed. Before they could begin collecting sparks however, Rung was rescued by Team Rodimus. Before teleporting out, Rung mocked that the Key to Vector Sigma, the collective alternate mode of the Functionist Council, was useless calling them all the "Useless Ones". Modes of Production
