Galvatronus is a Decepticon Combiner from the Combiner Wars portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
FOOLS! GALVATRONUS TAKES ANY LIMBS HE WISHES!

In dark and chaotic times, Galvatronus rises up as a Combiner composed of enthralled Autobots and Decepticons alike, forced to merge into the personal weapon of some Decepticon conqueror. Sometimes this hypnosis is the work of Cyclonus, who typically serves as the central component of this dangerous foe, but other villains have pulled the strings on Galvatronus to their own ends as well. Whatever the case, it's clear only the one commanding this nightmare is having any fun.

Viper can serve as this behemoth's weapon, though it's unclear if he too is an unwilling participant in this unholy union.

Cyclonus' purpose was spreading chaos across the universe, which he pursued by using his mind control powers on other warriors to integrate them into Galvatronus. With the entire Earth energized by the powers of the Enigma of Combination, Galvatron focused its energies on five of his soldiers—Dreadwing, Acid Storm, Mindwipe, Blitzwing, and Astrotrain—merging them together into a mighty warrior he dubbed "Galvatronus". Galvatronus punched out Victorion and grappled with Superion, supported by several Seeker clones. Superion managed to get the upper hand until Sky Reign intervened. It's Beginning To And Back Again Subsequently, Galvatronus was broken back into his components when Superion disabled the Earth Enigma. As Above...So Below

Per Cyclonus's packaging bio, Galvatronus can be formed by connecting any four Combiner Wars Deluxe Class figures to Cyclonus, although his packaging gives a specific configuration of Air Raid and Skydive as left and right arms, and Breakdown and Dragstrip as left and right legs.
Galvatronus wields a large gun formed by combining Cyclonus's gun and shield, which can be further expanded by attaching Legends Class Viper (or his mold-mate Powerglide) in his weapon mode. Galvatronus's torso was redecoed to be Unite Warriors Grand Galvatron's torso, although that combiner has a specific set of components.
