Guchirimasu

Not included: giant rubber baton he's about to be whacked in the aft with.

The Matsumoto Robo Guchirimasu (松本ロボ ~グチリマス~), is the combination of the small Headmaster robot Matsumoto Robohead (松本ロボヘッド) and a Transtector from the Gaasuu Kurobikari Science Laboratory.

Guchirimasu has to share this Transtector with his abrasive partner Donarimasu, a less than ideal arrangement. Regardless of whichever one is in control of the Transtector, they can then convert it into the baffling Giant Fujiwara, a robot head capable of taking control of massive Titans like Fortress Maximus.

This should probably be prevented at any cost.

Transformers / Downtown no Gaki no Tsukai ya Arahende!!

• Transformer Hamada Robo ~Donarimasu~ & Transformer Matsumoto Robo ~Guchirimasu~ (2018)

Matsumoto Robohead is a retooling of the Titans Return Emissary toy, transforming from a tiny robot into a head compatible with any other Deluxe, Voyager, or Leader mold from the line. He is meant, of course, to go with the larger Giant Fugiwara head-robot included in the set, becoming Guchirimasu once combined.

When Giant Fujiwara is in robot mode, the sound clips switch randomly between Guchirimasu's and Donarimusu's. Guchirimasu's clips include:

• "Yamete agete!" (やめてあげて!, "Don't do this to him!")
• (groan of mock pain(?)) (もおおおお!, "Mooooh!")

We're still working on whose lines are whose and what they're saying.

This set was a special mail-away offer available with purchase of the 2017 DVD/Blu-Ray of the Downtown no Gaki no Tsukai ya Arahende!! 2016 "24 Hours No Laughing Doctor of Science" special, which the set's deco is based on. Orders had to be sent in by January 31, 2018, and the set was mailed out in July that year. The set also includes his fellow Headmaster Hamada Robohead.

This mold was also used to make Legends Cerebros and Gran.

Notes

• Guchirimasu/Matsumoto Robo is based on Japanese comedian Hitoshi Matsumoto, one half of the incredibly popular Japanese comedy duo Downtown. The Guchirimasu voice clips in the toy are taken from Matsumoto's lines in the "24 Hours No Laughing Doctor of Science" special.
  • "Don't do this to him!" comes from a moment in the special where a student at the lab, having been comedically berated and beaten by his superior for incompetence (which causes some contestants witnessing the scene to laugh and take the punishment), suddenly appears again about an hour later... being dragged behind a car by a rope tied around his ankle, apologizing profusely to his superior the entire time. Matsumoto yells this as the car speeds away. He doesn't laugh though, or at least isn't caught laughing at it.
• Guchirimasu (愚痴ります) means "to grumble", a reference to Matsumoto's character type: a blunt, deadpan sarcastic who often ends up bearing the brunt of his partner Masatoshi Hamada's abuses.
• The face on his head mode is a robotic caricature of Matsumoto, wearing fake glasses from the "24 Hours No Laughing Doctor of Science" special.
