King Sombra

King Sombra is a pony from My Little Pony.

King Sombra is a unicorn from the land of Equestria. The malevolent former ruler of the Crystal Empire, his dark magic gives him the ability to turn his body to smoke and mind-control other life forms, both indispensable abilities for any would-be world conqueror.

Fiction

My Little Pony/Transformers

After being defeated by Twilight Sparkle and her friends, Sombra was thought to have been destroyed. However, his essence lingered, and he slowly reconstituted himself into crystalline form in the Crystal Mountains. The crystal was later found by Shadow Striker, on a search for magical artifacts at Megatron's behest. Sensing the power radiating from the crystal, Shadow Striker brought it back to Cybertron. No sooner than they had arrived, however, Twilight and her friends followed and attempted to blast the Decepticons, only to miss and strike the crystal instead. The magic from Twilight's blast provided the spark needed for Sombra to fully revive, and he emerged in a smoky mass before coalescing back into his physical form. Eager to avoid another defeat, Sombra quickly placed Twilight, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie under his thrall to prevent the group's combined friendship magic from being used against him. He then did the same with several of the gathered Autobots and Decepticons, including Megatron, before leaving to find more Cybertronians to add to his conquering army, sending the rest across the planet to crush any opposition. When Rarity and Ratchet discovered unicorn magic could be amplified through Cybertronian technology, they rushed to Wheeljack to put their new knowledge to use before before Sombra could learn of it, unaware that he had seen the whole thing through the eyes of his forces. The Beauty of Cybertron

Discovering the resting place of the Titan Scorponok, Sombra ordered his minions to open a hole to the giant whereupon he possessed the corpse, intending to rule both Cybertron and Equestria as "King Sombranok". Needing time to fully integrate himself into the Titan's systems however, he was caught off-guard when the Cybertronians and Equestrians began freeing his army who turned their firepower on his new body. Unable to activate the weapon systems in time, Sombra was blasted out of Scorponok when the Titan suffered an overload of magical energy. His mind left seemingly blank by the experience, Sombra was quickly caged and carried back to Equestria by the Wonderbolts. Finale
