[edit]Old River Valley appeared exclusively in the UK portion of the Marvel Comics continuity.
Driven by primal instinct after the destruction of his cybo-dendrons, Slag ended up in Old River Valley, where he ruined a cattle ranch maintained by Greg and his brother. The Autobots Jetfire, Jazz, and Ironhide were sent to stop the rampaging Dinobot and succeeded in doing so by using the spying Laserbeak to block his fire-breath, frying his innards. Laserbeak went into protective shutdown but was eventually recovered by Soundwave and the Mini-Cassette recalled Slag's rampage and the Autobot efforts to stop him to the Decepticons. Dinobot Hunt!
