Bees give honey for toast, right?

Ramjet and Dirge accompanied Starscream and the visiting Camien Windblade to a Cube match between Iacon City and Polyhex. Bored with the game, they relished the opportunity to beat up on Bumblebee before the stadium's security guard intervened, then attempted to assist Starscream in "spicing up" the game with a spiked Cube—a plan that resulted in Ramjet and Dirge being repeatedly bonked on the head by Cubes thrown by Windblade and Bumblebee. At some point during the Great War, Ramjet tried to blast Autobots at least 12 thousand times. The Alliance

Some time later, Ramjet was among a group of Seekers who attempted to stop Optimus Prime from taking the Allspark off of Cybertron. While they succeeded in damaging the space bridge to the point of deactivation, Optimus was able to toss the Allspark through the closing portal. Allspark

TOAST HIM!

During the Nemesis crew's search for the Allspark, Ramjet was among the Decepticons who stayed on Cybertron to fight off Autobot forces. During the climatic battle with the Autobots upon their return to Cybertron, Ramjet opened fire on Windblade only to get shot out of the sky by Jetfire. Battle For Cybertron II

After the Great War ended in the Autobots' favor, Ramjet was among the Transformers captured by the Quintessons, who outfitted them with control helmets that placed them in a simulation loop where they took part in a parade with varying differences each time. The Dead End Ramjet was eventually freed from the simulation alongside the other Decepticons thanks to the Cybertronian resistance, who got them to transform when they unleashed Air Hammers into the Loop. The Scientist

Ramjet was present at the alliance pact between the Autobots and Decepticons, during which he grinned at an accusation made to him by an outraged Autobot soldier. The Alliance Ramjet took part in aerial attack on the Quintesson Judge, but was easily knocked out by a shockwave. The Judge

After the Quintesson flagship had been destroyed, the new Judge revealed himself as Starscream, who unleashed a brainwashed Croaton on the planet. Rallying behind Jetfire, Ramjet was part of an aerial attack that launched a futile attack on the Titan that saw Ramjet getting knocked out of the sky and crashing into Grimlock and Arcee. Once the Quintession threat ended following Megatron's return, the Transformers formed a truce. The End Of The Universe IV

When Bumblebee and Whirl infiltrated the Decepticon half of Cybertron in search of a comatose Windblade, Ramjet was among the Decepticons who surrounded them. However, Optimus Prime was able to convince Megatron to release the trio, citing an Autobot held captive in Decepticon territory as treason. The Decepticons complied and let Bumblebee and Whirl go. Enemy Line

Ramjet and Dirge were busy firing their null-rays at a Decepticon soldier in an act of amusement before an unimpressed Wildwheel shot their barrels, prompting the two coneheads to flee. Wild Wild Wheel

After Tarn gained control over the Decepticon supersoldiers, he declared the treaty void and ordered all the Decepticons to destroy any remaining Autobots on Cybertron. Despite this, Ramjet and his fellow Decepticons assisted the Autobots in their final battle against Tarn and his supersoldiers. The Perfect Decepticon

Fly through in and outer space
Not to join 'em but to beat 'em.
  • Action Attack: "Cranium Crush"
Part of the fifth wave of Cyberverse Scout Class toys, Ramjet transforms from a robot to a jet with a robot chest and head for a front half a "transformational" mode in five easy steps.
His vehicle mode's "Cranium Crush" Action Attack gimmick causes his upper torso to pop out of the jet mode and spin around drill-like, triggered by pushing his robot-mode arms all the way up under his wings in jet mode.
Unlike many Cyberverse Scout Class figures, Ramjet can basically assume a "full" vehicle mode (though with a very oddly-shaped cockpit), just don't push the arms all the way up flush against the wings. The torso/head assembly is still loose, but can only turn roughly halfway around thanks to a small stopper on one side of the main body.
Ramjet was released twice: First in 2019/2020 under the Cyberverse line's Battle for Cybertron subline imprint, and then again in 2021 in the Dinobots Unite subline imprint packaging refresh.

Gladiator Hawk, ready!
  • Ramjet (Ultra Class, 2021)
  • Accessories: Two null rays, two jet thrusters
Released in the tenth wave of Cyberverse Ultra Class toys, under the Dinobots Unite subline, this version of Ramjet converts from robot to his "proper" jet mode in twelve steps. In robot mode the figure has a spring-loaded Energon armor gimmick, activated by moving his left shoulder which flips out a bird-motif helmet via spring-loaded action. His jet-mode thrusters can detach and peg together to form a double-edged staff.
Ramjet also has 5mm ports on the underside of his feet like many contemporary figures and his null rays are compatible with 3mm blast effects. The circular details in Ramjet's forearms are also 5mm ports.

Notes

[edit]
  • In the Cyberverse cartoon, Ramjet's model is a robust and streamlined version of the "Generation 1" Conehead design, featuring his Generation 1 counterpart's wings and Thrust's turbines. Unlike in Generation 1, Ramjet shares this exact body configuration with Dirge, but Thrust is different.
  • By contrast, the Battlegrounds game has Ramjet as a recoloring of the regular Seeker model with the same feminine face as Nova Storm.
