The Solstar V is a ship from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

The Solstar V is a starship used by the Space Knights of the Solstar Order, and is large enough to carry Transformers in its cargo hold.

As part of a training exercise for their new recruits, Rom and Livia piloted the Solstar V to Mining Colony 25-6-41 so that Sata and Auxin could experience combat with the Dire Wraiths for the first time. Afterwards, the Space Knights were joined by Stardrive, and the group set a course for the space station Orchid Crossing. Shining Armor #1

It is unknown if the ship survived the space station's destruction after the Orchid Crossing fell into Xetaxxis's gravity well, Shining Armor #2 though whatever remained was doubtlessly destroyed when the energon synthesizer exploded and sterilized 48% of Xetaxxis. Shining Armor #5
