Tabitha St. Germain (born October 30, 1964) is a Canadian voice actress. Although she is perhaps better known to Canadian audiences as an award-winning stage actress, she has provided the voices for such animated characters as Toa Nokama in Bionicle, Roberta in Black Lagoon, Flay Allster in Gundam SEED, Soma Peries/Marie Parfacy in Gundam 00, Nazz in the first season of Ed, Edd n Eddy, Heloise on Jimmy Two-Shoes, Scary Godmother and Ruby in the Scary Godmother duology, Naomi Misora/Shoko Maki in Death Note, Shana in the first season of Shakugan no Shana and Rarity, Granny Smith, Princess Luna, Muffins and many others in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. If she's around, the fun will most certainly be doubled.
