Pilfered clean offa Wikipedia. Also, God Bomber ≠ Apex Bomber. - Chris McFeely 17:16, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah, the Apex Bomber to my knowledge doesn't have any fiction attached to it, and the Masterforce fiction doesn't quite fit it because the Apex Bomber is actually associated with the real Optimus Prime, rather than Ginrai.--Rosicrucian 17:37, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
- His US spec refers to him as a 'roller drone,' so he might be an updated version of Roller.
- But then again- he might not be- so he doesn't belong on Roller's page. (and was removed I think when we were purging all the crappy fanon creeping into it...) -Derik 19:09, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
Move proposal
[edit]I think this article would be better served at Apex Armor. There, it can pull double-duty for both the Powermaster rerelease and Sentinel Prime's Apex unit in IDW.--RosicrucianTalk 03:33, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
- This is a named Transformer, and as such deserves his own page. --ItsWalky 03:37, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
- This is a drone/armor unit. As such, I don't see why it can't be rolled up into the other drone/armor unit named "Apex Armor" that Sentinel Prime wears.--RosicrucianTalk 03:41, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
- TONS of drones have their own articles. Look at Rav or Dillo or Roller or the various Vehicon drones. Semysane 07:53, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
- Apex Bomber transforms into a type of Apex Armor. The fact that he has his own on-package bio and everything makes me think he deserves his own article. - Jackpot 02:11, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
- Sort-of on the same topic - Star Convoy's Tread Unit is repeatedly referred to on this wiki as an upgraded Roller, and I definitely think Apex Bomber (as explicitly a "roller drone" has at least that great a claim to being the same character as that thing (I've never even been clear on whether "Tread Unit" was actually supposed to be a proper name) does. Of course, I think the safest thing would be to remove both, but if Star Convoy's thing stays, Apex Bomber surely must be counted as an iteration of Roller. -LV 02:48, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
- Doug says no, Tread unit ain't Roller. (I thought we excised all thsoe references from the wiki...) -Derik 03:03, 19 February 2008 (UTC)

Boxart
[edit]Didn't Apex Bomber have art on the TRU box? -Derik 10:14, 22 April 2009 (EDT)
- Not on the front, at least. —Interrobang 16:06, 22 April 2009 (EDT)
- I know this is old, but he did have art in the instructions. But it was just Godbomber's art without the color. --Sabrblade 23:16, 12 May 2012 (EDT)
