Overlord

So... if this guy is nameless, but based on the Japanese Overlord who years later here sorta got the name Gigatron, shouldn't this be at Gigatron (Shattered Glass)? Geewunling 02:00, 22 April 2009 (EDT)

We consider "Overlord" and "Gigatron" to be different characters, though. I don't have the book with me so I don't remember if Don wrote Overlord's name in Japanese on the display tanks like he did for other Japanese characters during his Dreamwave days. --FFN 03:20, 22 April 2009 (EDT)

Yes, I know that we consider Gigatron and Overlord different characters. Point is that if this character is unnamed, but looks like Overlord/is based on Overlord's design, and therefore we call him Overlord as well.. that is completely ignoring Gigatron's existence. Well, one is a fairly well-known Decepticon, and one is an obscure HOS figuerine that SORT OF appeared in fiction. I don't know, I think Ben and Don meant Overlord when Don drew Overlord, and not Gigatron. --FFN 03:44, 22 April 2009 (EDT)

It's moot-- Gigatron is supposed to be Overlord anyway. We just seperate them because there was a huge fight about it once. (I thought we'd reversed that actually... but I guess not.)

Anyway- this is why {{nameless-unconfirmed}} notes that the name isn't confirmed. We think this is his name, but it's hard to say for sure. Include a note abotu the likely alternate. -Derik 04:25, 22 April 2009 (EDT)

Well... I dunno. All I see is a tiny image. I can't judge. Personally, I was going to move his post to the talk page for discussion, but someone reverted before I could and then I got distracted by my brother lending me a DVD of Community.
