Talk:Jetfire (G1)/toys
I've measured the port in WFC Siege Jetfire's jet mode to be 6 mm, as opposed to 5 mm as is stated on the page. I'm sure it's not significant to require a check, but I'm new here and wanted to ask before editing. Thanks.

- 5 mm is the standard measure of the C.O.M.B.A.T. System found in every Siege figure, including Jetfire. Have you tried pegging any C.O.M.B.A.T. accessories onto that port to check if it matches perfectly?--Fritz (talk) 02:50, 18 September 2019 (EDT)
Yes, I have tried effect pieces and guns, the port is too large for them to plug in and stay in. I used a pair of high-precision calipers and confirmed that the port is indeed 1 mm larger than the standard C.O.M.B.A.T. sizes.––RedX-100 (talk) 03:13, 18 September 2019 (EDT)
Need an Opinion on a Siege Jetfire/Microman Bulsonic Oddity
[edit]So I was browsing Microman information recently and ran across clear pictures of the "Real Type" Microman Armored Suit Bulsonic [1] and it looks like Commander Jetfire's C.O.M.B.A.T. arm cannons and little trident missiles are a direct callback to that very, very specific thing. I just wanted to see if I'm alone in seeing that, since I've never seen it commented on by any of the designers or elsewhere and don't normally put in notes that aren't 100% clear or corroborated somehow.--MCRG (talk) 03:13, 6 March 2023 (EST)
