Just put in French, Spanish and German translations of the first paragraph, but it was just done with Babelfish, so it's probably... wrong. Not bad until someone who can actually speak those languages comes along, though. Semysane 08:24, 14 March 2008 (UTC)

no voiseovers in english

Should it also be noted somewere that hasbro now scraps all voiseovers of new products because some kids won't understand what the products are saying? Like movie 'prime and megatron, or the bumblebee voise changer helmet?(this pisses me off so much)--Sunjumper 12:46, 10 October 2009 (EDT)

Additional Changes for EU packaging starting with Prime

As if things in Europe couldn't get more cramped. It looks like the Prime Deluxe cards for Europe are not only smaller than the American ones but have yet another language added: Russian, making the grand total 13 different languages. On the Cyberverse Commanders (don't know about the others), the front of the packaging has "FACILE" twice. Presumably because its the same word in two different languages but why bother printing that same word twice? It just seems pointless.

BW-era trilingual packaging

I'm bringing this up here instead of just fixing it because it seems to be so obviously wrong that I feel like I must be misunderstanding it. The page currently says that individual toys' names were no longer translated into French for BW, but that's patently absurd - we even list the characters' French-Canadian names on their pages! Randomizing the languages selected

Can we make the language randomization a little better? I've gotten two copies of the same language several times. Not a high priority, though. --Khajidha (talk) 15:38, 11 April 2022 (EDT)

I fixed that with the update of the text. The problem was that every language was a potential option for both the first and the second selection. With the new translations, I tried to evenly distribute them (though I'm currently still missing three). Selection 1 is any additional language that has ever been featured on packaging available at retail in the United States: French, Spanish (both first with Robots in Disguise in 2001), Portuguese (since late 2014), German (since late 2019), Chinese (2011 Generations "GDO" Toys"R"Us exclusives; currently still missing), and Japanese (Beast Machines Target exclusive Magmatron; currently still missing). Selection 2 are all the languages that have only ever been featured on European packaging: Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Danish (currently still missing), Greek, Polish, Turkish, and Russian.--Nevermore (talk) 09:02, 2 July 2022 (EDT)
