Since Scrapmetal is a Terrorcon, shouldn't this be changed to "Terrorcon (UT)", or some such? And shouldn't they also fit in with "Unicron Related Characters", since they're made out-of/by Uni's body?--Octopus Prime- King of the Road! 22:54, 22 October 2006 (UTC)

The (Whatever) tag denotes the first franchise the character made an appearance in, or Hot Shot would be "Hot Shot (UT)" instead of "Hot Shot (Armada)." "Terrorcon (Energon)" is correct. --ItsWalky 22:57, 22 October 2006 (UTC)

Japanese Type guys

[edit]

Are we considering Dinobot Magma Type and Chrome Horn Forest Type different enough to warrant their own articles, like Doom-Lock and Blackout? Interrobang 04:41, 23 October 2006 (UTC)

Galamen share an article eiwht great Galamen. Make it a sub-section. -Derik 04:59, 23 October 2006 (UTC)

I don't see a reason to treat 'em as anything special, be it either new page OR sub-section. Just mention when they show up in the cartoon (if they do), and list the toys under the normal ones. See Cruellock's page. --M Sipher 05:37, 23 October 2006 (UTC)

Tidal Wave?....wave...

[edit]

Since when is Tidal Wave a Terorcon?!? Trukk not munky 17:15, 6 March 2008 (UTC)

Since he was identified as one in the Dreamwave comics.--RosicrucianTalk 17:18, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
Okay then, where are his kadrillions of drones? Trukk not munky 17:19, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
That was not the definition of "Terrorcon" in the Dreamwave comics. They were a Decepticon faction led by Scorponok who served Alpha Quintesson as a way of getting back at the dominant Autobots on Cybertron.--RosicrucianTalk 17:25, 6 March 2008 (UTC)

Merge?

[edit]

I know this may be a bit of a stretch and controversial move, but I think we arguably could have a case to merge Terrorcon (Energon), Terrorcon (Prime) & Terrorcon (ROTB) (and possibly even Terrorbot, though that might be pushing it), into one large "faction-style" page, akin to Autobots, Decepticons or Predacons and drone-races/spieces like the Sharkticons, since all 3 versions of the Terrorcons are depicted as drones/minions created by Unicron and/or the Quintessons, and are often minions of them in some capacity. Despite the fact, their may be a few exceptions here and there, akin to the Vehicon generals, characters like Energon Scorponok, or the Energon comic Cruellock and company (being singular Decepticons who were later cloned), or the ROTB villainous trio all having distinct personalities (and even they were in charge of armies of Unicron-created generic drones), they for the most part can all be summarized up as "a drone army created by Unicron" in some capacity. Again, I know it's probably a bit of a stretch, but I'd like to hear your thoughts. Freakertron (talk) 21:31, 21 September 2024 (EDT)

I think they're all distinct in their own way, not really sure if they're all meant to be the same thing.Poliwag06 (talk) 21:33, 21 September 2024 (EDT)
Major factions like Autobots and Decepticons are pretty much the same throughout different franchises, but the nature and origins of the Terrorcons are pretty different in ways that merging them doesn't make sense to me.-TitaniumToughGuy (talk) 21:40, 21 September 2024 (EDT)
This is overthinking a reused name. None of those three groups share visual elements or fictional background. Saix (talk) 02:39, 22 September 2024 (EDT)
Oof, no. That kind of very vague association is how you end up with Wikipedia levels of page uselessness with the added non-bonus of bloating the everloving hell out of it. --M Sipher (talk) 02:49, 22 September 2024 (EDT)
