Since there is no official translation as of yet, wouldn't "Three Sages" be a more conventional translation? "Wise One of Fire," etc., sounds especially odd. HydraDW 23:12, 20 March 2012 (EDT)
- So like "Wood Sage," "Water Sage," and "Fire Sage"? I'd be okay with that. --ItsWalky 00:29, 21 March 2012 (EDT)
- I translated it to be akin the Three Wise Men from the Bible (which 三賢人 is used for), and I liked the grandiose sound. If people prefer the other translation, I'm not going to put up a fight, though. —Interrobang 00:37, 21 March 2012 (EDT)
- When I translated the Laser Beast fumetti comic for some Beastformers site, I used the "Three Wise Ones" translation, as well, and for the same reason Interro used it. Bu dat's juss me, yo. --DrSpengler 00:47, 21 March 2012 (EDT)
- I propose we rename the Three Wise Ones "Mechior," "Caspor," and "Botthazar." --ItsWalky 01:25, 21 March 2012 (EDT)

Interesting, I see where you were going with that. That's a pretty good idea, but since "One" ends up being awkward/nondescript when arranged with the elements, what about "Three Wise Beasts," if that's not too much of a stretch? Between Laser Beasts and Battle Beasts, it's pretty much a given that Beastformers can be referred to as "beasts" in the same vein as "people" or "men."61.202.36.136 00:42, 22 March 2012 (EDT)
Oh, I'll try to get a story summary for this as well. 61.202.36.136 00:43, 22 March 2012 (EDT)
