What if we had two "next franchise" buttons similar to comic navs? One button to G2 and the other to the Headmasters? - Starfield 21:03, 12 May 2009 (EDT)

Logically a "next" for "g2" would go on the same line as "generation 1".

You never did tell me what that top line was supposed to be... I just interpreted it as "continuity family" as that seemed to match up with the few templates that had already been ported over.

I do think it would make sense to have a double bar... one bar for continuity family, other bar for franchise. I'm just not sure whether we should have them both at the top, or one at the top and one at the bottom.

I think ideally you ought to be able to just click completely through all of our franchises if you really wanted to, once we get all of the relevant pages with their navs switched over. --Jeysie 21:26, 12 May 2009 (EDT)

Well, I think you could get rid of the "Generation 1" part, or explicitly call it "Generation 1 continuity." Then have two next buttons. One to G2 and one to The Headmasters. - Starfield 20:29, 13 May 2009 (EDT)

Well, I was more thinking... you'd have a series bar that would click through series within a continuity: Generation 1 to Headmasters, Headmasters to Masterforce, etc.

Then you'd have a bar that links everything through continuity: Generation 1 to Generation 2, Generation 2 to Beast Era, etc. --Jeysie 20:41, 13 May 2009 (EDT)
