The name Prowl has been applied to several Transformers characters.
- 1984 — Prowl the Autobot police car (and later Maximal lion) from Generation 1.
- 1998 — Prowl the Maximal Transmetal 2 owl from Beast Wars.
- 2001 — Prowl the Autobot police car and brother to Side Burn and X-Brawn from Robots in Disguise.
- 2003 — Prowl the Emergency Mini-Con Team police car/pistol from Armada. A possibly-alternate-universe version of him is the partner to Magna Stampede and Stockade from Universe.
- 2004 — Prowl the Micromaster Protectobot police car and chest to Defensor from Universe.
- 2004 — Prowl the Autobot Spychanger fire chief's car from Universe.
- 2007 — Prowl the Autobot motorcycle from "Transformers Animated".
