It is headed by former President-for-Life of Carbombya Abdul Fakkadi, and known members include Fakkadi's son-in-law, Pak Milaton, and financier Anton Surich. Their primary mission is to make life hard for the NATO troops who are in the country trying to keep order.

Two for the Price of One

[edit]

Thanks to Fakkidi's contacts with the Decepticons, the C.P.L. were able to get their hands on 25 advanced weapons from Swindle to test as a prelude to buying more. They used the weapons to launch an attack on Belgian soldiers, and accidentally ruptured a gas main.

Satisfied with the weapons, Fakkadi arranged to purchase more, traveling to Betah to meet with Swindle. Unfortunately for him, it was a trap, and a NATO unit swooped in to arrest the higher ranks of the League. Swindle, of course, got away clean. Two for the Price of One
