When Victory Saber initiated the "Zone Project", the Jet Patrol helped rebuild planet Micro into planet Zone. To counter this threat, Violengiguar began conquering planets in order to create his own Decepticon Zone. - He was only available in a complete set with his teammates Nightflight, Whisper, and Windrim.
- This mold was also used to make Skyhopper.
War for Cybertron: Siege

- Part of the first wave of Siege Micromasters, Storm Cloud transforms from a robot into a dimly-Cybertronian jet. He can also combine with his packmate Visper to form the "Circuitstream Spyblade," inspired by the Armada Dark Saber and Vorpal Saber. As a part of the C.O.M.B.A.T. System, their weapon mode can be attached to any toy with a 5 mm post-hole. "Fire Blasts" can also be attached to his hands or the back of his jet mode.
- Due to his transformation, he has great articulation compared to his first-wave contemporaries.
