Sky High is an Autobot Micromaster from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Sunny days, sweepin' the clouds away...

Ain't nothin' gonna break Sky High's stride, ain't nothin' gonna slow him down. Oh no. He's the unflappable optimist of the Air Patrol, the bot who always has a sunny outlook and an uplifting word no matter how dire the situation is. This naturally puts some of his teammates on edge, particularly the grim Blaze Master, but this doesn't faze Sky High in the least. He's firmly convinced that everything will turn out okay in the end... an outlook that can blind him to very real dangers if he's not careful.

United EX

Active with Master Class as a rescue technician, Airmaster (エアマスター Eamasutā) worked with his Targetmaster partner Deduce to locate his missing comrade Choppermaster after a battle. Unfortunately, the good-natured Autobot did not anticipate the Decepticons' plot, hiding a tracking beacon on Choppermaster that led their infiltrator, Dozermaster, back to the Autobot secret base. Airmaster was forced to turn over Autobot drones in exchange for the detonator that activated the explosive charges hidden on Choppermaster's beacon. The Price of a Life

Later, Airmaster rallied with Major Clouder and the other Master Class Autobots for a strike against Scrash's Decepticons. Hope for the Next Generation

Beast Wars: Uprising

The female Sky High and the Air Patrol were assigned to the Micromaster 58th division across the Sonic Canyons during the Grand Uprising. Although she and her squadmates mined the bridges to prevent the Maximal Nation from crossing, the Maximals made a daring maneuver to cross by haphazard force fields projected across the gap. The Micromasters pulled back from the canyons after this daredevil tactic brought the enemy to them. Derailment

Released in the seventh (and final) year of Hasbro's US Transformers toyline (sixth and not-final year in European markets), Sky High transforms into a Concorde Super Sonic Transport jet. He is gang-molded with his teammate Eagle Eye, sharing plastic colors.

He was only available as part of the Air Patrol set, packed with his teammates Blaze Master, Eagle Eye, and Tread Bolt.

In Takara's markets, the Team was released as the "Sky Patrol Team", released in the Zone portion of Takara's Fight! Super Robot Lifeform Transformers toyline. They are physically identical to their Hasbro counterparts.

• Dozermaster vs Airmaster (Vs pack, 2012)

Released in the second wave of TakaraTomy's United EX product, Airmaster is a redeco of the Power Core Combiners Skyhammer toy, transforming into a Su-35 fighter jet.

He also has a secondary "Prime mode" configuration in which he forms a super robot torso; in this mode he can use the drone-limbs from any five-pack set to make a new super-robot, plus mount a Mini-Con on his chest as armor. Unlike most Power Core Combiner molds, he does not feature a different "Prime mode" head; instead, an aviator's helmet covers his standard head to form the combiner's head.

He was only available in a multi-pack set with Dozermaster and their Mini-Con Targetmaster partners Deduce and Groundbreak.

Part of the third wave of Generations: Thrilling 30 Legends Class two-packs, "Flanker" (name changed due to trademark unavailability) transforms from a robot based on Sky High's original package art into a navy blue drone jet resembling the Barracuda and Sky-X designs with a new wing configuration. He also has a third blaster-cannon mode that can be used by any toy that uses the 5mm post/hole system. The wheels and the torso screw of the original toy are sculpted in, that's how hardcore he is.

He was only available with his larger partner Swerve.

This mold was also used to make Generations Eclipse, Legends Phaser, the smaller part of BotCon 2015 Oilmaster, and TFSS 5.0 Quickslinger and Hi-Q.

Notes

• Most, if not all, of the toys pictured in the 1990 Hasbro Transformers catalog are unfinished prototypes or mock-ups, and a variety of differences from final product pop up. In Sky High's case, the changes are incredibly minor; mainly, the black paint application for his cockpit windscreen is split up into four sections, where on the final toy it's one solid block of blue.
• Generations Flanker's Tech Specs match those of the Air Patrol, with 'Teamwork' and 'Cooperation' transferred to 'Rank' and 'Fireblast' unchanged. Hilariously, this means he outmatches or draws with Swerve in every single category.
