Unfortunately Benny was possessed by the [[Undermind]], the zombie hive mind, and bit Britt, turning her into a vampire/zombie hybrid. Covert Vampiric Operations or CVO is a top-secret organization of humans, vampires, zombies, and assorted other beings that defends Earth against magical forces. They use a combination of guns and magical technology known as Artillica to fight supernatural forces, though mostly they seem to find themselves up against zombies. Their base is called CVO Coffin HQ.
