Miko Tezuka (手塚ミコ Tezuka Miko) is a rookie police officer in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, partnered with the Autobot exchange officer Clamp Down. A free-spirited woman, she loves music, especially heavy metal.

In 2003, Saejima assigned Miko to partner with Clamp Down. Over time, their partnership changed both for the better: the free-spirited Miko became more dedicated to justice while the serious Clamp Down became more flexible. Masterpiece Clamp Down bio
