The Seacons were left on an asteroid near Gaia's orbit in the Beast Wars II episode "Revenge of the Space Pirates".
The Jointrons, Insectrons, and Autorollers were left on Gaia; Artemis and Moon were left on the Moon; Galvatron's Predacons were left drifting through space; and Lio Convoy's Maximals were left trapped in a wormhole in the Beast Wars II episode "Farewell! Lio Convoy".
