His experience with would become the Hasbro stable of brands began as a designer at Milton Bradley, where he played a significant part in the early development of such pillar brands as Playskool and somewhat less pillar brands such as Robotix. After the 1984 buyout of Milton Bradley by Hasbro, he was responsible for the European presence of a number of Hasbro brands over the course of the 80s and 90s, including G.I. Joe, Action Man, and of course Transformers.
