Oktober Guard One is a member of the Soviet Union's daring, highly trained special mission force, the Oktober Guard.
Fiction
Generation 1 cartoon

Oktober Guard One was flying a top secret jet and was forced to eject when it was attacked and captured by a submarine. The Soviet government intially blamed the incident on the United States of America, bringing tensions between the two superpowers to their highest point since the Cuban Missile Crisis. However, the jet had in fact been stolen by renowned trophy hunter Lord Chumley, which was later revealed by Optimus Prime. Prime Target
