Keith Williams (born September 16, 1957) is an American comic book artist, primarily known for his inking. He began working at Marvel Comics in 1982, working on various titles, including The Incredible Hulk, Silver Surfer, and Web of Spider-Man. He also worked on some of DC Comics Superman titles.

More recently, Williams has benn responsible for the inking on The Phantom for over a decade and is currently associated with Moonstone comics.

He is responsible for the inking on Issues 15, 17 and 18 of The Transformers.
