Dave Edwards, better known as "Zobovor", is a longtime member of the Transformers fandom, primarily active on alt.toys.transformers. He worked with Rhino Entertainment on their release of the Generation 1 cartoon on DVD in 2002 and is given "special thanks" in the credits.
Edwards was the first fan known to document Gold Plastic Syndrome,[1] though the term appears to have been coined by another fan, "Sky Shadow".[2]
