- Nicholas Fury is a human from the Marvel portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Colonel Nicholas Fury works for America's super-spy organization S.H.I.E.L.D. with his pal Dum Dum. He smokes cigars and wears an eyepatch.

When the Transformers caused their first ruckus upon waking up in 1984, Nicholas hoped it wasn't "that big green, fire-snortin' lizard" again. Prisoner of War!
It doesn't appear that the two ever actually looked into what was going on in Oregon at all. Or if they did, they sure didn't do anything about it.
Notes
- Transformers Animated: The AllSpark Almanac II featured a crossword clue "Big green, fire-snortin' lizard that menaces Col Fury", filling out the rest of Nicholas's name and rank.
- The answer to the clue was "Godzilla".
- Col. Fury has been voiced by a few Transformers voice actors: Jack Angel in Spider-Man: The Animated Series, Jim Byrnes in X-Men: Evolution, Keith David in the MMORPG Marvel Heroes, Hisao Egawa in the anime Marvel Disk Wars: The Avengers, Dave Fennoy in the games Ultimate Spider-Man and Spider-Man: Battle for New York, David Kaye in the game Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, Kevin Michael Richardson in The Super Hero Squad Show and Gerardo Vásquez who did his Latin American Spanish voice for all of his appearance on the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, while Blas Garcia did the voice of the MCU version of Fury in the Latin American Spanish dub of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
