Ed Gilbert, born Edmund F. Giesbert (June 29, 1931 - May 8, 1999) was an American voice actor. Some of his more notable voice roles include Baloo from Disney's Talespin, Looten Plunder from Captain Planet and the Planeteers, General Hawk from G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Metlar from Inhumanoids, El Seed from The Tick and Emperor Gorganus from Tattooed Teenage Alien Fighters from Beverly Hills.
