Robert Fredrick Paulsen III (born March 11, 1956) is a formerly bemulleted American voice actor. Among many, many, many roles in his extensive career, Paulsen has been the voice of Yakko from Animaniacs, Pinky from Pinky & the Brain (opposite Maurice LaMarche), Gray Fox from Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes, Tripwire and Snow Job from G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Raphael from the 80s/90s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Donatello from Nickelodeon's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and PJ from Goof Troop.
He currently hosts a podcast called "Talkin' Toons with Rob Paulsen" in which he interviews various voice actors based in Los Angeles, many of whom have provided voices for past Transformers series.
Paulsen can tell you every country on the planet Earth (circa 1995) and do it in under 2 minutes.
