Transformers vs. G.I. Joe

[edit]

G.I. Joe, and the Earth at large, found themselves caught up in a war against the planet Cybertron. Tripwire was among the many operatives sent to the metallic planet to take the offensive against their opponents. After an attack against the Decepticon city of Trypticon ended with the Joes on the run, they regrouped at Green Zone 0-8-6, their temporary camp behind enemy lines. There, Trip-Wire was already busy setting up equipment for their defensive perimeter. His handiwork paid off, as Wheeljack was ensnared after breaching the camp, becoming the Joes' first P.O.W. in the inter-planetary war. Targetmasters

Tripwire then assisted his fellow Joes in vivisecting the Cybertronian, believing the giant to be little more than an unfeeling machine. The operation was tabled just in time for Wheeljack's friends to burst in on the scene and launch an offensive against the Joes. The humans returned fire, until blasts from both sides rendered all combatants unconscious. Funeral for a Friend

Both teams eventually awakened and readied to take up arms once more when Grimlock showed up, accompanied by Breaker, Jinx, Cover Girl, and Clutch. Grimlock declared a truce between the Joes and the Autobots had been reached, and both factions partied together to cement their alliance. Form Follows Function After the Joes had moved into Metroplex, the Autobots' mobile city, Bazooka drew a map to the chamber of Primus while in a cyber-mystical trance. Following it, Tripwire, Duke, Cover Girl, Brawn, Mirage, and Rodimus made their way to the chamber, only to bump into Decepticobra troops guarding it. Expelled from the Garden When Primus began to awaken, transforming the chamber, the Joes and Autobot fled back to Metroplex avoid being crushed. Escape from Primus Following the defeat of Cobra and the Decepticons, Tripwire went home to Earth and had a drink with Mainframe. The War Never Ends
