- Banjo Ginja replaced the late Shinji Ogawa as as Gilbert F. Altstein in the Blood Blockade Battlefront anime who was originally cast in the role.
- Banjo Ginja has dubbed over American actor Keith David numerous times but neither have shared the same Transformers role yet.
