Robert Fredrick Paulsen III (born March 11, 1956) is a formerly bemulleted American voice actor. Among many, many, many roles in his extensive career, Paulsen has been the voice of Yakko from Animaniacs, Pinky from Pinky & the Brain (opposite Maurice LaMarche), Gray Fox from Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes, Tripwire and Snow Job from G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, and PJ from Goof Troop. Paulsen is well-known for his work with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise, voicing Raphael in the 1987 cartoon, Donatello in the 2012 cartoon, and voice-directing 2018's Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

- For the June 2014 episode of "Talkin' Toons", Rob did a show focused entirely around the G1 cartoon, featuring fellow voice actors Gregg Berger, Neil Ross, Charlie Adler, and Hal Rayle. Jon Bailey introduced the episode in character as Optimus Prime.[1]
