While most of Earth was a hostile place for Transformers thanks to the Transformers Reaction Force, Cuba seemed to be a safe haven for Cybertronians, courtesy of the leader Castro. Transformers would often hang out or play volleyball at the beach, and the locals did not think of this as out of place.
